How I fixed my knee pain, shin splints and metatarsal neuroma and improved my running

Without getting much relief from seeing a podiatrist I had to find my own answers for feet and leg pain while running.

I’m still learning new cool hacks to keep my body feeling great and able to run. The key to building strength, endurance, etc all comes down to getting your reps in… but you can’t get reps when you’re injured.
