Exercise for Regulation | Episode 53

Once I stopped exercising for strength, endurance and physique goals is when I started hitting my strength, endurance and physique goals.

It’s true. Once I started focusing on hitting my routine regularly and dieting regularly specifically so that I could be more regulated throughout the day, all of these amazing ancillary benefits of exercise start to come to fruition.

I guess the philosophy could be that a regulated system maintains more energy required for growth, repair, development, fat burning and more… and a system that is under stress and unregulated runs defensive patters that don’t allow diet and exercise to be as effective.
