A few corrections from the recording. First I think I call it ASNR the entire time but it’s actually ASMR. Next I refer to the youtube channel as the “Quiet Whisperer” but it’s actually the “Gentle Whisperer”.
Anyway, in this episode I chat a bit about ASMR and how I think it could potentially correlate to more nervous system toning. At first it will give you the willys and make the hair on your neck stand up… but ultimately I think it does help with building resilience in your nervous system.
